Evan Terhar
GSCA was founded by an operator who has spent his career inside complex, high-growth supply chains — owning results, not advising from the sidelines.
Over the past two decades, Evan has held senior leadership roles across some of the most demanding operating environments in the world, spanning consumer electronics, smart home technology, consumer packaged goods, industrial manufacturing, and global transportation.
His experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, Ring, and Blink during periods of rapid scale and post-acquisition integration — environments where speed, reliability, and operational discipline are non-negotiable. In these roles, he helped build and stabilize global supply chains capable of supporting aggressive growth, new product launches, and board-level expectations.
He later served as a VP-level leader at SharkNinja, supporting a fast-moving, innovation-driven CPG business with complex global manufacturing and distribution needs. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles across iconic consumer brands including Hoover and Dirt Devil, gaining deep experience in sourcing, manufacturing, and demand volatility across mass retail channels.
His foundational experience also includes work with large-scale industrial and logistics organizations such as Nucor Steel and Evergreen Line, where he developed a deep understanding of heavy manufacturing, transportation networks, and end-to-end execution.
